How does our CDN work?
We stand in-front of your website intercepting each request to your specific domain and processing the request. This allows us to accelerate the content delivery to your users, and protect your website against incoming DDoS attacks.
Can you guarantee protection for my website?
Our network is highly monitored, if you’re website is being affected by a DDoS attack our team will make it a priority to solve this issue swiftly. Although an attack affecting our customers is not something that happened, we are prepared to respond to it.
My application uses an API, will it still work with your DDoS mitigation?
Our mitigation is designed to allow normal flow of API traffic whilst filtering DDoS traffic. The firewall can be used to manage protection on specific subdomains and used to whitelist or blacklist IP addresses against mitigation.
How does the rate-limit work?
Basic plan users have access to our rate-limit. This will allow you to limit the requests per a time-frame to your website. This can be used to prevent DDoS, spam and other attacks.
How can I receive support?
You can receive 24/7 support regarding our service by joining our Discord server.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe, and Cryptocurrencies via Coinpayments.
How can I report abuse?
You can report abuse via email. Please refer to our Terms Of Service.
What happens if I run out of bandwidth?
According to our Terms of Service you will be asked to purchase more bandwidth. The current rate for bandwidth is $10 per TB of clean bandwidth used on your website. For websites using many TB of bandwidth monthly, we’d recommend the Advanced Plan that includes unlimited bandwidth.
Is there an attack size limit?
No, we will never meter your website due to attack sizes. Our infrastructure is designed to react to terabit sized attacks, and millions of requests per second.
What can I host on my website?
Please consult the Terms of Service. For general rules, we don’t allow pornography, dstats, or anything illegal.
