C) Our services may not be used for collecting information regarding DDoS attack also known as DStat unless express permission is given by StaySecurely Networks. D) Exploiting the intended use of a feature or function. E) Automation, or scripts intended to create multiple accounts, spam, or exploit the service. F) The final decision of whether an account has violated our Terms of Service is under the sole discretion of StaySecurely Networks. An account's resources or active service may be terminated for any reason at any time. # Pricing Terms A) An account's service may be terminated or suspended without notice for violation of Acceptable Use or failure to pay amounts owed to StaySecurely Networks. B) If an account surpasses the allowed amount of bandwidth that their plan entails their service may be suspended until additional bandwidth is purchased according to the pricing on bandwidth at the time of incident.

Account Termination

You agree that StaySecurely Networks might, under certain circumstances and without prior notice terminate your account and restrict access to our service. Causes for this include but are not limited to: violations of the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies and/or having provided false information as part of your account. All terminations will be made in StaySecurely Network's sole discretion and we will not be liable for any disruption or damage to you or your service that such a termination might cause. Once your account has been terminated we reserve the right to delete all the data associated with it without the option to restore it.

Service Level Agreement

StaySecurely Networks will use any reasonable means to attempt to keep your service online 99.9% of the time. We aim for maximum uptime and stability across our network. However in some circumstances downtime may occur and there is no warranty or assurance that the service will be running uninterrupted.
